Confirmation candles delay your entry to ensure there is continuation in the same direction. This can bring greater confidence into a trade — though you do risk a worse fill, or no fill at all.
Currently available for these Auto Entries:
- Reversal
- Engulf
- Inside Bars
- MA / ST Cross
You must have one of the Auto Entries above active in order to use the Confirmation Candles option.

Examples Using The Reverse Auto Entry

Confirmation Candles(0):
- Once the Reversal bar closes. The Predator will enter a trade on bar #1.
Confirmation Candles(1):
- Once the Reversal bar closes. It needs 1 confirmation candle in the same direction. It will then enter on bar #2.
Confirmation Candles(2):
- Once the Reversal bar closes. It will need 2 candles in the same direction. The Predator will enter on bar #3.
