Predator Affiliate Program Terms
Terms & Conditions of Use
Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully. By applying to and participating in the Predator Affiliate Program (the “Program”) operated by TradeSaber Inc. (“TradeSaber,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), you (“you” or the “Affiliate”) confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions (this “Agreement”). If you do not agree, do not participate in the Program.
1. Program Overview
For each qualifying sale on tradesaber.com made using your unique affiliate link or coupon code, you will earn a commission on the Net Sale Price (the sale price after any discounts, taxes, and refunds). Commissions begin at 15% and increase to a maximum of 20% as described in Section 4.
This is a non-exclusive arrangement. You are free to work with other parties and to promote similar or competing products, and we do not foresee that changing.
2. Eligibility, Registration & Approval
You must be at least 18 years of age to apply. To register, you must provide your first and last name, email address, PayPal payment email, chosen username, and a “How You’ll Promote Us” description that includes a brief introduction and your relevant social media handles (YouTube, Discord, TikTok, Instagram, etc.).
After you submit your application we will review it and email you within 24–48 hours to confirm whether you have been accepted. We may contact you sooner if we need to clarify anything on your application. This Agreement takes full effect once you are approved.
You confirm that all information you provide is truthful and accurate. Fraudulent or misleading applications will be rejected or terminated. You are responsible for the security of your own account, including your username and password (see Section 14).
3. Referral Links & Coupon Codes
Your approval email will include a unique affiliate link and a custom coupon code used to identify you and credit your commissions. Include it in your video descriptions, websites, Discord servers, and posts. Referrals using your link or code will get 15% off their purchase.
If you would like a custom link slug, email support@tradesaber.com and we will create one for you.
Attribution and priority of credit:
- Cookies. When a customer clicks your link, an affiliate cookie is placed on their device for 60 days. Commissions are awarded on a last-click basis: if a customer has more than one affiliate cookie, the most recently used one earns the commission. The customer must purchase from the same device within 60 days without clearing cookies for the click to be credited.
- Coupon codes. If a customer applies your coupon code at checkout, that sale is credited to you regardless of any cookie present. A coupon code applied at checkout takes priority over any cookie.
TradeSaber is not responsible for lost commissions where a customer clears their cookies before purchasing, disables cookies, or purchases from a different device.
4. Commissions
The Program uses a tiered commission structure — the more you sell and create, the more you earn.
- You start at 15% commission on your first 5 referral sales.
- After 5 referral sales, you move to the maximum 20% commission, and all sales from that point forward earn 20%.
Content-creator credit. For every cumulative 1,000 views across your videos or posts about the Predator X Order Entry System, you earn credit for 1 referral toward the 5 referrals needed to reach 20%.
Example — Rebecca has 4 referral sales and is also a YouTuber. Her videos about the Predator X Order Entry System have together passed 1,000 views. That counts as her 5th referral, moving her up to the 20% maximum.
To claim view-based credit, send the relevant videos or posts totalling at least 1,000 cumulative views to support@tradesaber.com for review. Once approved, we will confirm the update by email within 24–48 hours and it will appear in your Affiliate Dashboard. Keeping a dedicated YouTube playlist for the Predator X Order Entry System makes this easier. Commission and referral updates are generally processed within 24–48 hours.
Lifetime commissions. You earn commissions for the lifetime of each customer you refer, including their purchases of the Predator X Order Entry System and any Machine Add-Ons, provided you remain an active Affiliate in good standing when each purchase is made. To be eligible for any commission, a referral must have completed a purchase of the Predator X Order Entry System or a Machine Add-On.
5. Payouts
- Payouts are made on the 15th of each month for the previous month’s sales. There are no early payouts or exceptions.
- A minimum balance of $100 USD is required to receive a payout. Balances below the minimum roll over and combine with the following month(s) until the minimum is reached.
- All payouts are made through PayPal to the payment email you provided at registration.
- You are responsible for any PayPal or processing fees, which will be deducted from your commission earnings.
Example — John earns $130 USD in sales in August, so he is paid $130 USD on September 15th. Rebecca earns only $60 USD in August, below the $100 minimum, so her balance rolls into September; the earliest she would be paid is October 15th.
Keep your payment email current. If it changes, notify us as soon as possible, or update it directly in your Affiliate Dashboard so your payouts are not delayed.
6. Refunds, Chargebacks & Reversed Commissions
Commissions are earned only on completed, retained sales. If a referred sale is later refunded, charged back, or reversed — whether due to a customer refund, a payment dispute, or fraud — the associated commission is cancelled. If it has already been paid to you, the amount is owed back to TradeSaber and may be deducted from your future earnings. A sale is considered final once its refund and dispute window has closed.
7. Taxes
You are solely responsible for reporting and paying any taxes owed on commissions you earn. TradeSaber does not withhold taxes on your behalf and may issue tax forms or collect tax information where required by law.
8. Affiliate Conduct & Promotional Standards
As an Affiliate you agree to promote the Program honestly and lawfully. Specifically, you agree to the following.
- No prohibited activity. You will not use spam, bots, phishing, or any deceptive, illegal, or unauthorized methods to promote the Program. Any Affiliate found doing so will be removed immediately.
- Disclose the relationship. You will clearly disclose that you are an affiliate and may earn a commission, as required by applicable advertising and consumer-protection rules (for example, the FTC in the United States and the Competition Bureau in Canada).
- No income or profit guarantees. You will not state or imply that our products are guaranteed to be profitable or will produce any particular financial result. Trading involves substantial risk (see Section 15), and your promotional content must not misrepresent this.
- Include a risk reminder. Where you make performance-related claims, include an appropriate risk disclaimer noting that trading carries risk and past results do not guarantee future results.
- Use approved brand assets only. Any logos or images provided in your Affiliate Dashboard must be used as-is, must not be altered, and must not be used to mislead your audience.
9. Intellectual Property & Brand Use
TradeSaber Inc. and all of its images, logos, and marks are copyrighted and may not be copied or modified. Approved images for your use are available in your Affiliate Dashboard.
Participation in the Program does not grant you a licence to the Predator X Order Entry System, access to its proprietary code, or any ownership, partnership, or other interest in TradeSaber Inc. You are, and remain, an approved Affiliate only.
10. Confidentiality
You may receive non-public information through the Program (for example, dashboard data or details of upcoming products or offers). You agree to keep such confidential information private, both during and after your time as an Affiliate, and not to use, copy, publish, or distribute it without our prior consent.
Confidential information does not include information that: (a) is or becomes public through no fault of yours; (b) you already lawfully possessed or knew before it was disclosed to you; or (c) is lawfully provided to you, without restriction, by a third party entitled to share it. If you are legally compelled to disclose confidential information (for example by court order or subpoena), you will promptly notify us in writing where permitted, so we can seek appropriate protection.
11. Changes to This Agreement
We may update or modify this Agreement from time to time. When we do, we will update the version and effective date above and, where practical, notify active Affiliates. Your continued participation in the Program after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated Agreement.
12. Termination
Either you or TradeSaber may end your participation in the Program at any time. We may suspend or terminate your Affiliate status — including immediately and without notice — if you breach this Agreement or engage in spamming, phishing, fraud, or other misuse of the Program.
We also reserve the right to discontinue the Program as a whole at our discretion. In either case, any commissions properly owed to you and not subject to reversal will be paid within 30 days of termination.
13. Relationship of the Parties
You are an independent contractor. Nothing in this Agreement creates any employment, agency, partnership, joint venture, or franchise relationship between you and TradeSaber Inc. You have no authority to make commitments or incur obligations on our behalf.
14. Account Security
You are solely responsible for the security of your account, including all usernames and passwords. If you suspect unauthorized access or fraudulent activity on your account, you must change your password promptly to keep it secure and notify us. TradeSaber is not responsible for loss or misuse arising from unauthorized access to your account.
15. Risk Disclaimer & Product Notice
Futures and forex trading carries substantial risk and is not suitable for every investor. You could lose all, or more than, your initial investment. Only risk capital — money you can afford to lose without jeopardizing your financial security or lifestyle — should be used for trading, and only those with sufficient risk capital should consider it. Past performance is not necessarily indicative of future results.
CFTC Rule 4.41 — Hypothetical or simulated performance results have certain limitations. Unlike an actual performance record, simulated results do not represent actual trading and, because the trades have not been executed, may under- or over-compensate for the impact of factors such as lack of liquidity. Simulated trading programs are also designed with the benefit of hindsight. No representation is being made that any account will, or is likely to, achieve profits or losses similar to those shown.
The Predator X Order Entry System is a third-party add-on for NinjaTrader 8, provided as a “Strategy.” It is a highly customizable, fully and/or semi-automatic tool designed to help the user enter and manage their own trades based on individual customization. User Guide available at https://tradesaber.com/predator-guide/
TradeSaber Inc. does not claim that the Predator X Order Entry System is profitable. No TradeSaber product will ever claim to make you money. Use it at your own risk. We encourage everyone to try the 7-day free trial before purchasing.
Our software is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that our products are error-free or that licensing servers will be uninterrupted. To the fullest extent permitted by law, TradeSaber Inc. will not be liable for any damages or losses arising from the use of this or any of its products.
16. Limitation of Liability & Indemnification
Limitation of liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, TradeSaber Inc.’s total liability to you in connection with the Program is limited to the total commissions you have actually earned under it. We are not liable for lost commissions arising from cookie behaviour, including where a referral clears or disables cookies during the 60-day window before purchasing.
Indemnification. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless TradeSaber Inc. and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any third-party claim, action, or proceeding arising out of (a) your participation in the Program, (b) your promotional content or methods, (c) your breach of this Agreement, or (d) your misuse of any affiliate links, coupon codes, or brand assets. We will notify you of any such claim, and you will cooperate in its defense. You may not agree to any settlement that imposes an obligation or admission on us without our prior written consent.
17. General
Governing law. This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Province of Prince Edward Island and the federal laws of Canada applicable there, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Prince Edward Island for any dispute that is not otherwise resolved.
Class-action waiver. To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to bring any claim only in your individual capacity, and not as a plaintiff or member in any class or collective proceeding.
Severability. If any provision of this Agreement is found unenforceable, that provision will be limited or removed to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will stay in full force and effect.
No assignment. You may not transfer or assign your Affiliate account or your rights under this Agreement without our prior written consent. We may assign this Agreement in connection with a reorganization or sale of our business.
Entire agreement & waiver. This Agreement is the entire agreement between you and TradeSaber Inc. regarding the Program and supersedes any prior understanding. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of our right to enforce it later.
