Predator Affiliate Program Terms and Conditions of use
Please read the below Predator Affiliate agreement carefully.
By becoming an Affiliate you are confirming you have read and agree to the below terms.
Agreement Summary
For each sale on Tradesaber.com using your unique Affiliate Link or Coupon Code, you will be paid a base commission of 12% (Twelve Percent) of the Net Sale Price.
Base commission will increase by 1% (One Percent) with each sale made using your unique Affiliate Link or Coupon Code for a maximum commission of 20% (Twenty Percent).
Additionally, content creators that earn 1000 views cumulatively between their videos and posts about the Predator X Order Entry System will have their base commission increase by 1% (One Percent) for a maximum commission of 20% (Twenty Percent) between sales and views.
Affiliate Cookies active for 60 Days (Sixty) after the link is clicked. The customer must click on your unique Link from the same device within 60 days (Sixty) without clearing cookies for you to get credit.
Commissions must reach a minimum of $100 USD (One Hundred Dollars USD) or higher to be paid out or will compound with sales for the next month until the minimum payout amount is reached.
Affiliate’s will be paid out on the 15th day of the month for the previous month’s sales. For example, in the month of June you earn a total of $150 USD (One Hundred and Fifty Dollars USD) between the 1st and 30th. A payout of $150 USD (One Hundred and Fifty Dollars USD) will be paid out on July 15th.
Affiliates will receive commissions for the lifetime of their referral on all new sign ups, and machine add-ons, so long as this agreement has not been terminated.
Payout Methods: All payouts will be done through PayPal. Affiliates must indicate their payment email on registration, any changes must be communicated to TradeSaber Inc.
Our goal at TradeSaber is to be one of the top programs available for NinjaTrader8 and we never want our customers or Predator Affiliates to feel that they cannot express their true feelings on the product. Any recommendations or suggestions for updates or offerings are always welcome.
As a Predator Affiliate, you will be able to work with other third parties and promote similar products. This is not a non-exclusivity agreement and this will not change in the foreseeable future.
Registration & Approval
Upon registration you must provide your First & Last Name, Email Address, Payment Email, Username, and How You’ll Promote Us. Within the How You’ll Promote Us section, include a brief description of yourself and include your Social Media Handles (YouTube, Discord, TikTok, Instagram, etc.) All applicants must be at least 18 years of age or older.
After your application has been submitted, we will review and you will receive an email within 24-48 hours confirming whether you have been accepted into the Predator Affiliate Program or not. You may receive an email from us prior to receiving your approval if we need additional clarification on your application.
Once approved as a Predator Affiliate, these Terms & Conditions will take full effect. Predator Affiliates will be responsible for their own account and their acceptance into the Predator Affiliate Program should not be used for illegal and/or unauthorized activities, including but not limited to Spamming, Bots, & Phishing. Any Predator Affiliates found to be conducting such activities will be immediately removed from the program.
In registering as a Predator Affiliate you are confirming that all information you provide is truthful and accurate, any fraudulent sign ups will be rejected or terminated.
Referral Links & Coupons
Included in your approval email you will be provided a unique link that will be used to identify you and earn your commissions. Ensure this link is included in your Descriptions, Websites, Discords, or Posts! Within 24 hours of approval, your individual coupon code will be generated and sent to you for your network of followers to use for $50 off the Predator X Order Entry System. Commission Earnings
The Predator Affiliate Program is a tiered commission system, so the more you sell, the more you create, the more you earn!
All Predator Affiliates will start at a base commission of 12% for their first sale, with each sale they receive the commission earnings will increase by 1% until a max commission of 20% is reached. Once the 20% maximum is reached, all sales going forward will receive 20% commission. Commission earnings will be updated within 24-48 hours, please allow time for system processing.
Predator Affiliates will earn commissions for the lifetime of the customer, this includes all purchases of the Predator X Order Entry System and Machine Add-Ons. The Predator Affiliate will just need to still be active as an Affiliate when the next purchase is made.
To be eligible for any commissions, referrals must have made a purchase of either the Predator X Order Entry System or a Machine Add-on. If any returns occur due to fraud or other instances the commissions earned will be owed back to TradeSaber.
All commissions are earned on last click purchases. All Predator Affiliates Cookies will be valid for 60 (Sixty) Days and if the purchasing customer has multiple Cookies on their computer, the last one used will earn the commission.
Additionally as an incentive to all Content Creators, for each cumulative 1000 views on videos or posts discussing the Predator X Order Entry System, they will receive a 1% commission bump on all sales going forward. For example: Rebecca is an affiliate and has had 3 referrals and is at 15% commission earnings, she is also a YouTuber and has made 4 videos about the Predator X Order Entry System. Combined the 4 videos have reached just over 1000 views. On her next referral she will earn 16% commissions.
Please send all videos and posts regarding the Predator X Order Entry System that equal a cumulative 1000 views to ___________ for review. Once review has been approved, please allow 24-48 hours for system processing for commission earnings to increase. (It is recommended to keep a YouTube playlist specific to the Predator X Order Entry System to make this option easier for you.)
Payouts
All payouts will be made on the 15th of the month for the sales of the previous month. There will be no exceptions or early payouts. In order to qualify for a payout, total earnings must be at least $100 USD. Anything under the minimum will be combined with the next month’s sales. For example: John has total sales of $130 USD for August, on September 15th he receives a payout on PayPal of $130 USD. Rebecca only has $60 USD of sales in the month of August, she does not qualify for the minimum payout and her August sales will combine with September. The earliest she will receive a payout is October 15th.
All payouts will be made through PayPal. Your payment email is collected on registration and any changes to this will need to be communicated to TradeSaber as soon as possible so you will have no delays in processing.
As a Predator Affiliate you are responsible for any fees. All payouts are subject to applicable processing fees from PayPal, any fees incurred will be deducted from commission earnings.
Termination
We reserve the right to terminate the Predator Affiliate Program at any time without notice. Any outstanding payments will be made to you within 30 days of termination of the program.
Any Predator Affiliates will be terminated immediately if they are found to be in violation of this agreement. Immediate termination will also follow any Predator Affiliates found Spamming, Phishing or any other kind of misuse of the program.
TradeSaber Inc.
Signing up as a Predator Affiliate does not provide licensing to the Predator X Order Entry System, nor will you be provided access to the proprietary code. You will be a Predator Affiliate but this does not grant a partnership with TradeSaber Inc.
TradeSaber Inc. and all its images and logos are copyrighted and cannot be copied. Any images available for your use will be found in your Affiliate dashboard. Images provided to you in your dashboard should not be altered in any way and should not be used to mislead your network of followers.
Confidentiality
All Predator Affiliates agree to maintain strict confidence in regard to all confidential information while affiliated with TradeSaber Inc. and after. Predator Affiliates shall not use confidential information for any reason without obtaining TradeSaber Inc.’s prior consent. Confidential Information will not be used, copied, published, distributed, or summarized.
You agree to not disclose any confidential information to anyone other than those employed by Trade Saber Inc. In the event that you are contacted by someone requesting information and you are unsure if they are employed by TradeSaber Inc. you must send a message directly to [email protected] for clarification.
As Predator Affiliates, you should use the same degree of confidence and privacy over others information as you would expect your information to be.
Confidential Information does not include information that (a) is or becomes publicly known through lawful means; (b) was rightfully in provider’s possession or part of your general knowledge prior to the effective date of this Agreement; or (c) is disclosed to you without confidential restriction by a third party who rightfully possesses the information (without confidential restriction) and did not learn of it, directly or indirectly, from the Company.
If you are required to disclose Confidential Information by law, court order, subpoena, or similar legal request, it is the Predator Affiliate’s immediate responsibility to notify TradeSaber Inc. in writing. It is expected that you will assist and cooperate with TradeSaber Inc. so that we may obtain appropriate legal assistance.
Waiver
As a Predator Affiliate you waive any and all claims against TradeSaber Inc. regardless of the claim made. Claims may be in connection or relation to the functionality of the site, bugs or errors, suspension or termination of your Predator Affiliate status, an update to the Terms & Conditions, fees or currency in respect to payouts, among others.
Upon registering you are completely responsible for the security of your own account including all usernames, and passwords. You waive any and all claims against TradeSaber Inc. in regard to unauthorized use or access of your account. If you suspect any fraudulent activities have taken place in your account you must promptly change your password to keep your account secure
You waive any right to bring a class or collective action or be a member in a class or collective proceeding. TradeSaber Inc. will take any and all actions necessary to dismiss a class or collective actions or claim.
Predator Affiliate Liability
TradeSaber Inc. and all Predator Affiliates agree that the TradeSaber Inc.’s liability is limited to the total commission amounts Predator Affiliates have earned.
With respect to the Predator Affiliate program, TradeSaber Inc. may decide at any time to discontinue the program at their own discretion. All outstanding payments will be made to all Predator Affiliates within 30 days of the dissolution.
TradeSaber Inc. will not be liable for any lost commissions in regard to cookies. Predator Affiliates have a set 60 day cookie period and if any potential referrals clear their cookies during this time prior to purchasing, TradeSaber Inc. will not be responsible.

The Predator X Order Entry System is a highly customizable tool that allows the user to set many of their own parameters. It is intended to be used as a semi-auto tool in order to help the user enter and manage their own trades.
In no way do I (TradeSaber Inc.) claim that the Reversal Predator is profitable. Trading comes with high risk. This tool alone or any TradeSaber Inc. products will never claim to make you money. Use at your own risk.
